A. | We have been selling wicker bedroom sets since 1995. We began selling online in May of 2000, as an addition to our regular business We have an actual retail store in the heart of downtown Cairo, Georgia, and we are open daily to the public.

A. | All of our furniture handcrafted and imported from China, Indonesia, and the Philippines..

Q. | How long will it take to receive my order? |
A. | Items that do not require cushions or upholstery are shipped right away, and usually take 7 to 10 days to receive. All cushions are made to order, therefore, items that require cushions or upholstery generally take about 3 weeks to receive. If a specified item is back ordered, we will let you know and advise you of any waiting period.

Q. | How is the furniture packed? |
A. | Each piece is individually packed and boxed for maximum protection. We have received many compliments on our packaging. The furniture is then placed on a pallet for shipping.

Q. | What is "curbside delivery"? |
A. | This means that the carrier does not provide inside delivery, unpacking or setup or furniture. However, you can always offer the driver a small gratuity to perform beyond his duties |
Q. | Is my credit card information secure? |
A. | We find that taking the information over the phone is very secure. This also gives us an opportunity to talk to customers about shipping information and other details. If you are uneasy about giving out your credit card information, you can always use Paypal or send a check for payment.
